You can request deletion of the Unitova account identity and associated server-side data without reinstalling the app.
How to request deletion
- Use the Google account connected to Unitova, if one was connected.
- Send an email with the subject “Unitova account and data deletion request”.
- State that you want your Unitova Firebase account identity and associated server-side data deleted. Do not send passwords, purchase tokens, card details or identity documents.
- We may reply only to confirm account ownership or clarify the scope. Eligible requests are normally completed within 30 days.
Data deleted
- The Unitova Firebase Authentication identity that we can match to the request.
- The associated Unitova entitlement record and non-required server-side account data.
- The Unitova-side association with hashed purchase verification records when it is not legally or operationally required to retain it.
Data that may be retained
Google Play purchase, subscription, refund and accounting records are controlled by Google and may be retained where required for fraud prevention, legal, tax or accounting duties. Unitova may retain the minimum verification record required for those purposes. To prevent repeated free-trial abuse after account deletion, Unitova also retains the original trial start time and purpose-separated one-way digests representing that the App Set ID and/or connected Google account used a trial. These records do not contain the raw App Set ID, email address or Google provider identifier and are not used for advertising, analytics or personalization. Deleting Unitova data does not automatically cancel a Google Play subscription; subscriptions are managed in Google Play.
Local favorites, history, preferences and cached data can be deleted immediately by clearing Unitova storage in Android settings or uninstalling the app.

- Taleple eşleştirebildiğimiz Unitova Firebase Authentication hesap kimliği.
- İlişkili Unitova Pro hak kaydı ve saklanması gerekmeyen sunucu tarafı hesap verileri.
- Yasal veya operasyonel saklama gerekmiyorsa özetlenmiş satın alma doğrulama kayıtlarıyla Unitova tarafındaki bağlantı.
Saklanabilecek veriler
Google Play satın alma, abonelik, iade ve muhasebe kayıtları Google tarafından yönetilir; sahteciliği önleme, yasal, vergi veya muhasebe yükümlülükleri için saklanabilir. Unitova bu amaçlarla gereken asgari doğrulama kaydını tutabilir. Hesap silindikten sonra ücretsiz denemenin tekrar kullanılmasını önlemek için Unitova ayrıca ilk deneme başlangıç zamanını ve App Set ID'nin ve/veya bağlı Google hesabının deneme kullandığını temsil eden amaçları ayrılmış tek yönlü özetleri saklar. Yerel favoriler, geçmiş, tercihler ve önbellek; Android ayarlarından Unitova depolama alanı temizlenerek veya uygulama kaldırılarak hemen silinebilir.
