SwishRift: Basketball Worlds hesabınızı ve hesaba bağlı verileri ücretsiz olarak sildirebilirsiniz.

  1. Oyunda kullandığınız Google hesabının e-posta adresinden aşağıdaki düğmeye basın.
  2. Konu satırındaki SwishRift Hesap Silme Talebi ifadesini değiştirmeyin. Mesaja oyun içindeki görünen adınızı ekleyin.
  3. Talebin hesabın gerçek sahibinden geldiğini doğrulayabiliriz. Şifrenizi veya ödeme bilginizi asla istemeyiz.
  4. Doğrulanan talebi normalde 30 gün içinde tamamlar ve sonucu e-postayla bildiririz.

Neler silinir?

Firebase Authentication hesabınız; bulut oyun kaydınız; dünya ve günlük sıralama kayıtlarınızdaki kullanıcı kimliği, görünen ad ve skor verileri silinir. Silme işlemi kalıcıdır ve ilerleme geri getirilemez.

Neler ayrıca cihazda kalabilir?

Telefondaki misafir/yerel kayıt Firebase hesabından ayrıdır. Bunu silmek için Android’de Ayarlar → Uygulamalar → SwishRift → Depolama → Verileri temizle yolunu kullanın veya oyunu kaldırın. Yasal zorunluluk, dolandırıcılığı önleme ya da güvenlik için tutulması gereken sınırlı kayıtlar gerekli süre boyunca saklanabilir. Google’ın reklam verileri için Google hesabınızdaki reklam ve gizlilik denetimlerini kullanmanız gerekebilir.

Yalnızca sıralama verinizin veya yalnızca bulut kaydınızın silinmesini istiyorsanız e-postada bunu açıkça belirtin; hesabın tamamını silmeden ilgili veri kümesini kaldırabiliriz.

You may request deletion of your SwishRift: Basketball Worlds account and account-linked data at no charge.

  1. Use the button below from the email address of the Google account used in the Game.
  2. Keep the subject SwishRift Account Deletion Request and add your in-game display name.
  3. We may verify that the request comes from the account owner. We will never ask for your password or payment information.
  4. We normally complete a verified request within 30 days and confirm the outcome by email.

What is deleted?

Your Firebase Authentication account; cloud game save; and the user ID, display name, and score records in the global and daily leaderboards are deleted. Deletion is permanent and progress cannot be restored.

What may remain on the device?

The guest/local save on your phone is separate from your Firebase account. Delete it through Android Settings → Apps → SwishRift → Storage → Clear data, or uninstall the Game. Limited records required by law or needed for fraud prevention or security may be retained for the necessary period. Google advertising data may require use of advertising and privacy controls in your Google account.

If you want only leaderboard data or only the cloud save deleted, say so in your email; we can remove that data set without deleting the full account.
