Gamevallum Gizlilik Politikası

1. Kapsam

Bu politika, Aydoğdu Studios tarafından sunulan Gamevallum Android uygulamasını (paket kimliği: com.gamevallum.player) kapsar. Gamevallum; özgün bulmacalar ile kullanıcının yasal olarak edindiği uyumlu macera oyunu veri dosyalarını çalıştırabilen, değiştirilmiş açık kaynaklı bir ScummVM sürümüdür. Resmî ScummVM uygulaması değildir.

2. Uygulamanın cihazda sakladığı bilgiler

Uygulama; bölüm ilerlemesini, uygulama ayarlarını, ScummVM yapılandırmasını, kayıtlı oyunları ve kullanıcının seçtiği oyun klasörlerine ilişkin teknik bilgileri cihazda saklayabilir. Bu bilgiler Aydoğdu Studios'a ait bir sunucuya yüklenmez. Yerel veriler uygulama verileri temizlenene veya uygulama kaldırılana kadar cihazda kalabilir.

3. Kullanıcının seçtiği dosyalar

Gamevallum yalnızca kullanıcının Android dosya seçicisiyle izin verdiği oyun dosyalarına erişir. Bu dosyalar oyunu çalıştırmak için cihazda işlenir; Aydoğdu Studios'a gönderilmez. Kullanıcı yalnızca kullanma hakkına sahip olduğu oyun verilerini eklemelidir.

4. Reklamlar ve izin yönetimi

Uygulama Google AdMob aracılığıyla banner, geçiş ve isteğe bağlı ödüllü reklamlar gösterebilir. Google Mobile Ads SDK ve Google User Messaging Platform (UMP); reklam sunumu, sahtekârlığı önleme, ölçüm, tanılama ve izin tercihlerinin yönetimi için IP adresi, cihaz ve reklam tanımlayıcıları, uygulama etkileşimleri ve tanılama verileri gibi teknik verileri Google'ın politikalarına göre işleyebilir.

Gerekli bölgelerde izin seçenekleri reklam talebinden önce sunulur. Ödüllü reklamlar yalnızca kullanıcı yardım almak amacıyla ilgili düğmeye dokunduğunda başlatılır. Bir ödüllü reklam izlemek oyunu tamamlamak için zorunlu değildir.

5. Ağ erişimi ve dış bağlantılar

İnternet ve ağ durumu izinleri reklam, izin yönetimi ve kullanıcının seçtiği resmî oyun/uyumluluk bağlantılarını açmak için kullanılabilir. Dış bağlantılar tarayıcıda açılır ve hedef sitelerin kendi gizlilik politikaları geçerlidir.

6. Kullanmadığımız özellikler

Gamevallum bir Aydoğdu Studios hesabı oluşturmaz; rehber, hassas konum, kamera veya mikrofon erişimi istemez. Aydoğdu Studios uygulama üzerinden kullanıcıdan ad, adres veya telefon numarası talep etmez.

7. Çocukların gizliliği

Gamevallum çocuklara özel olarak tasarlanmamıştır ve genel kitleye yöneliktir. Uygulama üzerinden bilerek çocuklardan kişisel bilgi talep etmeyiz.

9. Değişiklikler ve iletişim

Gamevallum Privacy Policy

This policy applies to the Gamevallum Android application (package: com.gamevallum.player) provided by Aydoğdu Studios. Gamevallum combines original puzzles with a modified open-source ScummVM build that can run compatible adventure-game data lawfully supplied by the user. It is not the official ScummVM application.

Information stored on the device

The app may store puzzle progress, app preferences, ScummVM configuration, saved games, and technical references to game folders selected by the user. This information is not uploaded to an Aydoğdu Studios server. Local information may remain until app data is cleared or the app is uninstalled.

User-selected files

Gamevallum accesses only game files the user authorizes through Android's file picker. These files are processed locally to run the game and are not sent to Aydoğdu Studios. Users must add only game data they have the right to use.

Advertising and consent

The app may display banner, interstitial, and optional rewarded ads through Google AdMob. Google Mobile Ads SDK and Google User Messaging Platform (UMP) may process technical data such as IP address, device and advertising identifiers, app interactions, and diagnostics for ad delivery, fraud prevention, measurement, diagnostics, and consent management in accordance with Google's policies.

Where required, consent choices are presented before ads are requested. Rewarded ads start only when the user chooses to request gameplay assistance. Watching a rewarded ad is not required to complete the game.

Network access and external links

Internet and network-state access may be used for advertising, consent management, and opening official game or compatibility links selected by the user. External sites open in a browser and are governed by their own privacy policies.

Features we do not use

Gamevallum does not create an Aydoğdu Studios account and does not request contacts, precise location, camera, or microphone access. Aydoğdu Studios does not ask users to provide a name, postal address, or telephone number through the app.

Children's privacy

Gamevallum is not specifically directed to children and is intended for a general audience. We do not knowingly request personal information from children through the app.
